Duties:
Develop and maintain relationship and liaise with five participating partners in Southern Ontario to facilitate the project’s activities.
Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all project stakeholders (Hub champions, GBV survivors, evaluation consultants, Advisory Committee, funders).
Work with stakeholders to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives.
Develop data collection processes to gather feedback and data from clients, staff and community members for rapid cycle improvement.
Develop project related documents such as power point presentations, forms, tools, templates, reports, terms of reference, etc.
Prepare all progress reports as required.
Monitor project progress and identify and address issues which may impede progress.
Track project expenses and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
Draft the final blueprints for promising practices.
Ensures all organizational and project timelines are met.
Participates in division management team meetings, agency meetings and external community commitments as assigned, and takes on tasks and lead roles as assigned.

Qualifications:
M.A. or M.S.W. plus 3 years experience in project management/coordination.
Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
Relevant experience and thorough understanding of gender-based violence, preferably issues faced by immigrant, refugee, non-status, and ethnocultural women.
Ability to prepare schedules and detailed step-by-step action plans.
Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
Excellent communication and writing skills.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and internet skills.
Willingness to travel within Ontario including some overnight.
Knowledge and experience in program evaluation methodology would be an asset. |

$56,794 to $58,240 + benefits |
