Youth Settlement Services

Youth Settlement Services

COSTI’s Youth Settlement Program, is aimed at immigrant and refugee minority youth who are permanent residents of Canada or those who have been informed of initial approval of immigrant status. The program will provide increased accessibility, awareness of and inclusion in existing community services available to minority and newcomer children and youth in the GTA. The programs will also provide itinerate settlement services in a variety of highly accessible venues which will include but not limited to ethno-specific community centres, libraries, mosques, temples, churches, recreation centres and community health centres. All programs will welcome direct input from the youth we serve as to the most effective methods, strategies and venues to meet and serve youth. Services will be expanding to Brampton in the near future.
