Focus areas:
- Practicing focus, breath work, stress reduction, body awareness and inner exploration.
- Connecting to the moment through creative visualization, guided imagery and learning to let go of intrusive thoughts.
- Increasing self-acceptance, self-love and affirmations.
- Dealing mindfully with emotions around acceptance, awareness and inquiry.
6-week virtual program
