Adult English as a Second Language (ESL) Training

COSTI’s Adult ESL program helps learners develop English language skills, enabling them to actively participate in Canadian society and succeed in the labour market.

By integrating employment-related content into the curriculum, the program builds language and practical skills needed to prepare for employment and helps with successful settlement.

The curriculum includes employment-related topics such as job searching, resume and cover letter writing, interview preparation, workplace communication, and workplace rights and safety. Guest speakers share information on employment services, community resources, and settlement supports available to newcomers. The program also connects participants with Employment Ontario service providers for job search support.

To register, call 647-725-1718 or email [email protected].
