Client Support Services

The Client Support Services (CSS) program provides comprehensive, individualized settlement support to Government-Assisted Refugees (GARs) arriving in the Greater Toronto Area.
CSS is an intensive 12–18 months case management program designed to support Government Assisted Refugees referred by IRCC during their critical early period of settlement and integration in Canada. The program is delivered through a mobile service model to reduce barriers to access and ensure responsive, client centred support.
Through ongoing case management, CSS assists clients with navigating housing, health care, education, employment pathways, language training, and community resources. The program also provides orientation to rights, responsibilities, and available supports, while helping clients build practical life skills and self-sufficiency.
