Encuentro Latino

Encuentro Latino is a weekly group for Spanish-speaking seniors. It provides a friendly and supportive space where seniors can share experiences, discuss challenges and find solutions together.
Participants receive helpful information and guidance on issues that affect their lives as older adults and newcomers. The program’s goal is to reduce isolation and help seniors feel connected, supported and understood.
Weekly group sessions explore topics such as common health issues affecting older adults, personal safety and community or government resources available to seniors. Participants can also enjoy social and recreational activities, including arts and crafts.
