Housing Access
COSTI’s housing workers work with people at the top of the waiting list to access and secure affordable market-rent or subsidized housing.
Our team specializes in Housing First case management and advocacy. Through us, clients in need can connect with Toronto Community Housing offices to find market-rent units. We also help clients gain access to first and last month’s rent through COSTI’s Rent Bank or referrals to the Housing Stabilization fund.

Who is eligible?
These services are for anyone living in North York who is under-housed, at risk of homelessness, or facing cultural, language or financial barriers to finding suitable housing.
