Housing Applications
COSTI helps individuals and families apply for subsidized housing in Toronto and other parts of Ontario. We also assist with applications for supportive housing, making the process easier and less stressful for you.

Who is eligible?
Services are available to anyone residing in the North York area who is under-housed, at risk of becoming homeless and/or who faces cultural, linguistic, and socio-economic barriers to suitable housing.
