This program is designed to meet the specific needs of individuals and families who are under-housed, homeless or at the risk of becoming homeless, facing cultural, linguistic, and socio-economic barriers to suitable housing.

Program highlights
- Information and referrals towards securing sustainable housing and preventing eviction
- Search for affordable market rent units
- Help with applications for subsidized housing
- Volunteer activities providing meaningful work experience and reduction in social isolation
Who is eligible?
Services are available to anyone residing in the North York area who is under-housed, at risk of becoming homeless and/or who faces cultural, linguistic, and socio-economic barriers to suitable housing.
