Housing hub

Finding and keeping safe, affordable housing can be difficult. Rising rents, limited housing options, and the risk of eviction can leave individuals and families feeling stressed and uncertain about their future.
This program supports people who are homeless, at risk of homelessness, or having difficulty finding and keeping housing. Through personalized support and community connections, the Centre helps individuals and families overcome barriers and move toward safe, affordable, and stable housing.
Program highlights
- Get support with finding safe and affordable housing
- Receive help with housing applications, forms, and required documents
- Learn about tenant rights and responsibilities
- Access crisis support, one-on-one guidance, and life skills coaching
- Connect to employment, education, training, and other community resources
- Access Rent Bank services, workshops, counselling, and drop-in supports
- Receive specialized support for women and survivors of domestic violence
- Get services in a welcoming, culturally sensitive, and non-judgmental environment
Who is eligible?
- Individuals and families who are homeless or at risk of losing their housing
- Immigrants and refugees facing barriers to finding housing
- Youth, seniors, and families with low or fixed incomes
- People affected by discrimination, racism, or domestic violence
- Individuals living with mental health, addiction, or physical health challenges
- Anyone who needs support to find or keep safe, affordable, and stable housing
