New to Ontario? Wherever you are in your journey, O2O helps you get started with the essentials: finding a job, accessing healthcare, choosing schools, and securing housing. Figuring it all out on your own can be stressful and time-consuming. 

O2O makes it easier. This free, bilingual program gives newcomers clear, reliable information to help you settle quickly and make confident decisions get help, where you are. 

All newcomers are eligible to access O2O resources, offered equally in English and French. 

O2O is funded by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) and the Government of Ontario, and coordinated by COSTI with 163 agencies and partners, including OCASI and Centre de Santé Communautaire Hamilton/Niagara, to ensure timely, seamless support.
