Psychiatric Care

COSTI’s Psychiatric Care Services support individuals living with severe or long-term mental health challenges. The program offers psychiatric assessments, follow-up care from an on-site psychiatrist, counselling services, and support groups to help individuals improve their mental health and well-being.

Counselling sessions are in person. (Tuesdays: 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. | Wednesdays: 9 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. )

Who is eligible?

In-person services are available to residents of the Greater Toronto Area. A referral from a family doctor is required. The referring physician must complete the psychiatrist referral form, which can be obtained from the office, and submit it by fax to 416-244-0480. Services are covered by OHIP for individuals with a valid Ontario health card. There is no additional cost for eligible clients.
