Refugee Mental Health Services

COSTI’s Refugee Mental Health Services help refugees and asylum seekers who are struggling with stress, trauma, anxiety, depression, or challenges adjusting to life in Canada. Counsellors provide a safe and supportive space where individuals and families can talk about their experiences, learn coping skills, and connect with services that support their mental health and well-being. Counselling sessions may be in person, online or on the phone.
