Workplace Language Training for Newcomers Seeking Employment in Child care and Health care Sectors

Finding work in Canada isn’t just about experience—it’s about communication. Many newcomers discover that strong English skills and understanding workplace culture are key to getting hired and thriving in their careers. That’s where we come in.

Through Workplace Language Training (WLT), you’ll learn practical English for your profession, gain confidence in workplace communication, and connect with employers who value your skills. This program is designed to help you move from learning to earning.

You’ll get 120 hours of workplace-focused English training along with career planning support to help set goals and find opportunities. You will get to make real-world connections through guest speakers, job shadowing and employer site visits. You may also be eligible to receive transportation assistance, paid CPR/First Aid certification, and other incentives.
