Youth Leadership Program

The Youth Leadership Program helps newcomer youth and young people from diverse communities build the skills and confidence to become leaders in their communities.
Through interactive workshops, mentorship, hands-on projects, and community activities, participants learn communication, teamwork, problem-solving and project management skills.
The program also focuses on social responsibility, cultural awareness, and civic engagement. Youth are encouraged to take action on issues that matter to them locally and globally. By developing leadership skills early, the program prepares young people to create positive change and become inclusive, responsible leaders.
