Support groups

Support groups and community workshops give people a safe and welcoming place to connect with others facing similar life challenges. These programs are led by experienced professionals and help participants build skills, find support and improve their emotional well-being.
Groups and workshops run at different times during the year and may be offered online through Teams or in person. Contact Family and Mental Health Services to learn about upcoming sessions and registration opportunities.
