Youth Health and Recreation
The Youth Health and Recreation Program is designed to promote physical well-being, mental health, and positive social development among young people through engaging and inclusive recreational activities. By offering a diverse range of sports, fitness sessions, creative arts, outdoor adventures, and wellness workshops, the program encourages youth to stay active, build healthy habits, and form meaningful connections with peers.
The program integrates health education components that address topics such as nutrition, stress management, self-care, and mental health awareness. Special emphasis is placed on creating a supportive environment where all youth feel welcome, regardless of their skill level, background, or ability.
The program aims to reduce health disparities among youth, promote lifelong healthy behaviors, and provide safe and positive spaces for recreation and growth.
