At COSTI we understand that hope means different things to different people. For over 50 years we have been providing inspiration for hope to newcomers. With service centres spread throughout Toronto, York Region and Peel that offer employment services, English language training and shelter for refugees, we provide the means for hope to over 42,000 people each year.
