COSTI’s Language Instruction programs help newcomers to Canada to develop the English language skills that are essential for their integration into Canadian society. For many, these programs represent an important stage in their settlement process, and a stepping stone to higher education, meaningful employment, and successful careers. COSTI offers a variety of high-quality English classes delivered in a friendly, supportive environment with experienced, professional teachers. COSTI’s English Test preparation programs help students to learn the strategies and patterns that will improve their chances of success in taking English language examinations such as the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL), the Test of English as a Written Language (TWE), and the test of Spoken English (TSE). The results of these tests are used to evaluate the level of English proficiency.
