The CBAO-COSTI Seniors Day Program provides culturally competent and age friendly care support to Italian, Portuguese and Spanish speaking individuals, 55 years of age and older.
Persons diagnosed with early-stage Alzheimer's or other mild forms of Dementia, or functionally impaired but not homebound requiring supervision, are eligible.

Program fee: $35 per day per participant.
