LEND A HELPING HAND - VOLUNTEER

Compassionate, skilled volunteers are the heart and soul of COSTI. Our organization was founded by volunteers and continues to rely on their generosity and commitment. Over the years, we have been extremely fortunate to have the support of hundreds of volunteers who generously donate their time and talents to ensuring the success of our clients.

You can help welcome refugees during their first few weeks in Canada by assisting with day-to-day activities such as driving and escorting newcomers to doctor/dentist appointments and after hour clinics.

If you are interested in a long-term commitment, COSTI can match you with a family where you can help them with their move and unpacking, take them grocery shopping, help them become more familiar with their neighbourhood, including social outings, events and outdoor activities, and using public transit.
