Access:
COSTI provides English language training at Welcome Centre Immigrant Services in Newmarket. Childminding services are also provided to eligible participants who attend these training programs as well as other services at the centre.
COSTI provides Enhanced Language Training Services (ELT) for Internationally Trained Professionals and Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada (LINC) at this location.
Through a partnership of agencies, one-stop service is available to residents of York Region at Welcome Centre Immigrant Services. Services include: settlement and integration services; language training and enhanced language training for internationally trained professionals and employment supports.
