Notes:

The Calabrian Benevolent Foundation Seniors Day Program provides culturally competent and age friendly care support to Italian, Portuguese and Spanish speaking individuals, 55 years of age and older.

Persons diagnosed with early-stage Alzheimer's or other mild forms of Dementia, or functionally impaired but not homebound requiring supervision, are eligible.

Program fee: $35 per day per participant.
