ESL Conversation
COSTI’s ESL Conversation program helps students to speak English with confidence by improving their listening and speaking skills. This program is ideal for those students wishing to develop fluency and public speaking skills.
This program is delivered by certified instructors in partnership with the Toronto Catholic District School Board.
Services Available
- ESL Conversation students will:
- learn the rules of basic grammar structure within conversation;
- improve conversation skills through class interaction; and
- learn about Canadian idioms; and Canadian culture.
Who is Eligible
Services are available to Canadian citizens, landed immigrants, convention refugees, and refugee claimants approved by Citizenship and Immigration Canada. Students must also be 18 years of age or older.Program Intake

There is a nominal incidental fee charged for the ESL Conversation program.
The ESL Conversation program is funded by the Government of Ontario.
