Housing Drop-In

COSTI’s Housing Drop-In program is designed to meet the specific needs of individuals and families who are under-housed, homeless or at the risk of becoming homeless, facing cultural, linguistic, and socio-economic barriers to suitable housing.

Services Available

Information and referrals towards securing sustainable housing and preventing eviction
Search for affordable market rent units
Help with applications for subsidized housing
Volunteer activities providing meaningful work experience and reduction in social isolation

Staff at this location speak: Albanian, Arabic, Farsi, French, Greek, Italian, Polish, Turkish, Twi, Russian and Spanish. Other languages may be made available upon request.

Who is Eligible

Services are available to anyone residing in the North York area who is under-housed, at risk of becoming homeless and/or who faces cultural, linguistic, and socio-economic barriers to suitable housing.

Program Intake

Drop-In Hours Monday to Friday 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Wednesday and Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
