ESL for Visitors and Work /Visitor Permit Holders
COSTI ESL for Visitors and Work Permit Holders program is designed to improve English communication skills for individuals who are in the country on a temporary basis. Emphasis is placed on improving listening and speaking skills, with special attention to employment and travel interests.

Who is Eligible
Individuals over 18 years of age staying in Canada with a Visitors or Work Permit that allows them to participate in ESL courses up to six months or the duration of their Visitor, Work or Study Permit.
