Nurture healing through meditation and inner exploration to help navigate the day mindfully.

Services Available

Focus areas:

  • Practicing focus, breath work, stress reduction, body awareness and inner exploration.
  • Connecting to the moment through creative visualization, guided imagery and learning to let go of intrusive thoughts.
  • Increasing self-acceptance, self-love and affirmations.
  • Dealing mindfully with emotions around acceptance, awareness and inquiry.

6-week virtual program
